Advocate For Change

You don’t have to be a hero
to make a meaningful difference.

Take That First Step.
Creating communities where people can live without fear of being abused by people they trust is a big challenge.  However,
the only way to make a meaningful difference is to take that first step.

We All Have a Role to Play.
We all have a role to play in creating communities where everyone has safe, healthy and respectful relationships.

“I care because this is my community.  These are my neighbors, my friends, my family.  When one is not safe, all are not safe.”
Advocate Laura Patzner, Family Crisis Center, Great Bend

"We are not individually going to stop domestic violence, but together, what a power we can become."
Sergeant Tim Tompkins, Pittsburg Police Department
